Field & Frame Workshops (“Field & Frame,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Annalise Kaylor Photography, LLC. We run small-group wildlife photography workshops and online education led by Annalise Kaylor. This policy explains what information we collect through fieldandframeworkshops.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to answer you, run our workshops, and send the emails you asked for. We don’t sell your information to anyone.
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you enter:
Several of these forms include a box to join our newsletter. We only add you to the newsletter if you check it. Asking a question or joining a waitlist doesn’t sign you up for marketing email.
If you register for a workshop, we’ll ask for additional information through our registration paperwork, such as contact details, travel information, and anything we need to know to keep you safe and comfortable in the field. We use it only to deliver the workshop you booked.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site records basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. Our web host and content delivery network also keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which workshops people look at most and which pages are hard to find. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect this information, and Google processes it under its own privacy policy. We use these reports in aggregate. We don’t use them to identify individual visitors, and we don’t run advertising on this site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
We rely on a small number of trusted services to run Field & Frame. Each one handles your information only to provide its service to us:

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services listed above to run our business, with workshop partners such as local guides and lodges when it’s needed to deliver a workshop you’ve booked, or when the law requires it.
We keep your information as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us. For example, we keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe, and workshop records as long as we need them for bookings, taxes, and our own records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
This site is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
